This is a vacuum/gas tray sealing machine for small to large trays. It is suitable for sealing CPET, APET and PP trays. When used in conjunction with our permanent or peelable barrier films, you get a leak-proof package that offers optimal shelf life and superb presentation.
Features
1. The mould sets are easily and quickly changed without tools, which means that the TPS XL can be used to package more than one tray style or size.
2. The fully automatic sensor control ensures that the programmed vacuum level and gas injection amount are achieved.
3. To complete the map tray sealer, you can add the optional internal air compressor and shelves on both sides (excellent location for a scale or labeler)
