Description
The automatic tray sealer includes facilitating features such as a heated Continuous Rotary sealing head, a quick die change, additional safety devices, and many more.
Features
1. The standard 8 foot overall length allows easy manual or automatic product feeding. If you desire we can also supply the Tray Sealer up to 24 feet long. This will also permit the use of an automated tray dispenser.
2. The heated Continuous Rotary sealing head allows for a sealing width up to 10.5" wide. This Rotary design ensures that there is direct heat to the sealing surface giving the Tray Sealer the ability to seal a wide range of lidding material at higher sealing speeds.
3. For ergonomics and safety the machine controls are located above the working area and are within a NEMA 1 electrical enclosure.
4. The Variable speed 1/8 HP DC motor is equipped with an overload device for additional safety.
5. As expected with a system of this nature all guards are safety interlocked and will automatically stop if open or in the event of a jam.
6. The lifting rails which remove the sealed tray can then be either hand unloaded or integrated into an optional take away conveyor.
7. The Quick Die Change feature means that transfer from one tray style to another is done in a matter of minutes.
8. The Stainless Steel/aluminum build is designed for easy cleaning and the CiMa 1058 is supported on four casters for mobility.
