The automatic tray sealer with contour cutting of the film is economical and compact in size. It is designed for medium volume production levels, is easy to use and set up and can be used with modified atmosphere packaging (MAP).

Equipped with Teflon-coated sealing plates, it seals trays two at a time. The touch screen offers 10 storable programs through which you can regulate sealing temperature, sealing time, vacuum intensity, gas injection, die cut, sealing length, etc.

It can seal trays of all sizes up to the family size of 14.2" x 10.6" x 3.9" (360 x 270 x 100 mm). Moulds can be changed easily giving this machine the versatility to seal multiple different kinds of trays.
