Automatic Tray Sealer System

Our Tray Sealers produce modified atmosphere packages (MAP) and vacuum skin packages (VSP) from preformed trays of almost any size or shape. They package fresh, refrigerated, retort or frozen food products at a full range of output rates. Our MAP and VSP systems produce attractive, leak-proof, tamper-evident packages with greater seal integrity and extended shelf life. They are perfect for all types of sausage, meat, poultry, seafood, prepared food and cheese packaging.

Our Company manufactures a variety of tray sealers, including machines that feature an Inline design, as well as machines that use a Tray Carrier design. All the tray sealers are built in the China.

The DZ series of tray sealers is capable of modified atmosphere packaging (MAP) and vacuum packaging (Skin packaging), giving you longer shelf lives and greater seal integrity than ever before.

Seal head changeover can be performed in under five minutes, and a user-friendly PLC color touchscreen interface allows quick, simple product setup, storage of up to 99 unique recipes and multiple language selection. Film sealing, MAP and vacuum skin packing can be achieved on the same seal head.

The machine's heavy-duty 304 stainless steel wash-down construction is ideal for food packing environments, and its tool-less vacuum chamber removal further ensures high standards of hygiene and cleanliness.

   

Vacuum Tray Sealer

This is a vacuum/gas tray sealing machine for small to large trays. It is suitable for sealing CPET, APET and PP trays. When used in conjunction with our permanent or peelable barrier films, you get a leak-proof package that offers optimal shelf life and superb presentation.

Skin Packaging Machine

TB series skin packaging machines are easy to operate and can pack all kind of products without adoption of moulds. The packed goods are transparent, beautiful, with strong stereoscopic impression and even can be protected from damp and dust.

Tabletop Vacuum Packaging Machine
